Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using Launchda, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

Launchda is intended for students and early-career builders. You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms on your behalf where required by law.

Your account and portfolio

You must provide accurate information, verify an email address you control, and keep access to that email secure. You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for promptly telling us about suspected unauthorised use.

Launchda may review, approve, reject, pause, or remove profiles and projects to protect users, enforce these terms, or maintain the quality and integrity of the platform.

Your content

You keep ownership of the projects, text, links, and other material you submit. You give Launchda a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, display, and promote that content only as needed to operate and explain the service, showcase your public portfolio, and promote Launchda or its contests.

You represent that you have the right to publish your content and that it does not violate another person’s intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights. You may request removal of your content, subject to reasonable backup, security, and legal retention periods.

Contests, recognition, and Launch Credits

Each contest may have its own brief, dates, eligibility conditions, and submission requirements. Unless a contest page expressly says otherwise, participation does not guarantee selection, prizes, employment, funding, publicity, or feedback.

Launch Credits are limited, reviewed individually, not guaranteed, and may be changed or discontinued. Tool recommendations and affiliate relationships do not determine project approval or support decisions. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

Acceptable use

You may not use Launchda to:

• Publish unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, or infringing material.
• Impersonate another person, misrepresent your work, or submit projects you did not create without proper attribution.
• Attempt to access another account, bypass security, scrape the service at scale, or disrupt its operation.
• Upload malicious code, expose personal information without permission, or use Launchda for spam.

Third-party services

Launchda may link to projects, tools, websites, APIs, and community platforms operated by others. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their terms.

Service availability and disclaimers

Launchda is provided on an “as available” basis. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific outcomes, opportunities, project performance, or the accuracy of third-party content.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Launchda will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for lost opportunities, data, profits, or reputation arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination and changes

You may stop using Launchda at any time and request account deletion. We may restrict or end access when these terms are violated, the service is misused, or doing so is reasonably necessary for security or legal compliance. We may update these terms and will change the effective date when we do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
