• Messages, support requests, contest submissions, feedback, and career application materials you send us.

We and our service providers may process basic technical information such as IP address, device and browser type, requested pages, timestamps, security events, and authentication records. We use this to deliver, secure, and improve the service.

How we use information

• Verify your email and create your Launchda account and public portfolio.
• Publish approved projects and operate contests, community activities, and Launch Credits.
• Send service messages, contest updates, support replies, and communications you consent to receive.
• Review submissions, prevent abuse, protect the service, and enforce our terms.
• Evaluate career applications and communicate with candidates.
• Understand how Launchda is used and improve the product.

What becomes public

Your builder profile is designed to be public. It may display your name, college, course, college year, city, bio, skills, projects, project links, and build stories. Your email address, WhatsApp number, authentication identifiers, and private support messages are not shown on your public profile.

Please publish only work and information you are comfortable sharing publicly.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host Launchda, verify accounts, store data, send communications, prevent abuse, and understand product performance. These providers process information for us under their own contractual and security obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or Launchda, to investigate misuse, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of the service. We will not make private contact information public without your direction.
